why the medals aren't working ?

im stuck at the last part

i need 6 batteries for this guy which is far2 away from felix
i need 1 more battery which is behind a blue door..and the only way to open the door is by 'pressing' the blue button that is located at the 2 canopy on the tree and its sort of impossible to get to the door since i have limited time. to make things worst, i have to ride the cable car - jump down -walk left - walk right - push yellow button - push red button and then thats it..the blue door has already closed T_T
